Fully Funded PPA & Revenue Share
Where a golf club has the space and potential to generate significantly more renewable electricity than it requires itself, we take a different approach.

Rather than asking the club to finance infrastructure it doesn't need, SSE can fund the project with no upfront capital expenditure from the golf club.

The club benefits from competitively priced renewable electricity for its own requirements, while additional generation can, where commercially viable, be sold to suitable offsite consumers.

SSE then shares an agreed proportion of the additional energy revenue with the golf club.

This means suitable land, rooftops, car parks and other areas of the golf estate can potentially become long-term revenue-generating assets without the club having to fund the additional infrastructure.

Discovery & Validation Call
We validate via OpenSolar, check aerial imagery, review DNO proximity and commercial viability. Our consultant contacts you to align on next steps.
Heads of Terms
You sign a simple non-binding HOTs agreement covering savings, commercial structure and exclusivity. Development begins immediately.
DNO Application & Site Survey
DNO application submitted the same day as HOTs. A physical site survey is arranged covering structural, electrical and drone assessment.
Funding & Commercial Structuring
Funding secured. Commercial terms locked. PPA, shared savings, lease or private wire — we structure the right deal for your club.
Installation & Delivery
